VISION AND MISSION
MORE THAN SHELTERS promote pleasant and safe living environment for refugees and displaced people and inspires them to play an active role in determining their destinies. Refugee camps are something we cannot afford to diagnose as temporary issues only and turn the planet’s loathsome places into functional and creative environments. A survival space can be converted to a living space: this encompasses issues to do with needs, safety, security and privacy. That is why, if given a chance to actively contribute to the environment, people transform from the passive ones into active ones. Ingérence makes sustainable development possible.
Our work is to provide individual temporary shelters for refugees and to provide them with a chance to be useful to them.

Later in early 2014 we were asked to speak about MORE THAN SHELTERS and our approach to refugee issues in the entire world at the highly specialist Solve for X-Conference in San Francisco. Solve for X is a think tank project developed by Google to provoke collective action to address challenges affecting humanity.
