1. Teufelsberg

Teufelsberg is situated in Grunewald forest and was used in Cold War as a listening station. Today, it lies just a wasteland that has been painted over by various artists in graffiti colors to create the unique edgy aesthetic that is currently all the rage if you are an adrenaline-junky who is in for a little adventure thrill in your photography. Visit the top of the tower for clear views of the city.

2. Clärchens Ballhaus

Find yourself transported to the roaring twenties at Clärchens Ballhaus, or Ballhaus Mitte formerly known as Clärchens Ballhaus. This historic dance hall is a treasure trove of the Berlin area that few people do know about. Listen to live music, dance and flavor yummy foods. I forgot to mention, do not leave without seeing the beer garden that is in the courtyard , for a sunny summer night .

3. The Spy Museum

That is why Spy Museum will be interesting to see for those who like themes of spy and secret services. Follow the detailed corridor of spy and learn how the spies of diffrent eras operated. Criminal’s training did not go without training, a laser maze is available to test your spy skills when on a secret mission.

4. Thai Park

Head out of the busy city crowd to enjoy the authentic Thai Food at Thai Park. Preußenpark, despite having no official food markets during the weekdays, serves Thai breakfast and comes to life at the weekends when local Thais bring their food-stalls to the park. Take a few throws, order some Pad Thai, and feast away on a park bench.

5. The Stolpersteine

The stumbling stones are brass plates secretly set into the pavement in front of houses all over the Berlin. Every stone is dedicated to the victim of the holocaust and thus is important to recall the history of the city. Devoting an hour of your night to take a walk in that peaceful area of the city and show solemnity to those who become victims of this dark epoch.

6. C/O Berlin

If you’re a fan of both photography and modern art, make sure to take some time to visit C/O Berlin. It also features temporary exhibitions from local as well as international rising and existing artists. A lot of work appeals to the observer and aims at creating new thoughts through a single piece of art, be it photography or art installations.

7. Mauerpark

This was marked by the Berlin Wall that cut across the park and is now as one of the most lively areas in the city open for the inhabitants as well as the visitors. There is a rather popular flea market every Sunday which sells vintage clothing, jewelries and other very special knick-knacks. Do not let the occasion go without going to the amphitheater to perform for the karaoke singing.

8. Badeschiff

If you happen to be in Berlin during the warmer months then you should consider visiting Badeschiff. This hauz is one floating pool that is found in the Spree River and is an excellent way to escape the scorching sun.
